Key submission and bid conditions:
- Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Bid security: Submit fresh CDR/Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as bid security (refundable) through NSD on the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement.
- Tender documents containing terms, conditions and quantities are available free of cost from the websites: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gop.pk and https://epp.punjab.gov.pk.
- The institute will not be responsible for costs or delays due to postal or other reasons; if the closing date falls on a public holiday/non-working day, the next working day will be considered for submission/opening as per the notice.
