Tender Notice No. 31 & 44/2026 — Construction Works in Dera Ghazi Khan (Masjid & Electrical Workshop)

Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids from pre-qualified/enlisted civil contractors for the following construction works in Dera Ghazi Khan. Tender documents are available from the Works Office, D.G. Khan during office hours (1000–1600, Monday–Friday) against payment. Bids must be submitted as per tender conditions and accompanied by required bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.

Important instructions:

- Bid validity: Six (6) months from submission date.

- Tender documents fee: Rs. 3,500 for Tender No. 31/2026 and Rs. 5,000 for Tender No. 44/2026 (payable at Works Office when obtaining documents).

- Pre-bid meeting and tender document collection are held at the Works Office, D.G. Khan.

- Bid security must be in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan and remain valid for at least six months.

- Two copies of the bid should be submitted (one original & one photocopy) in sealed envelopes with the tender number on the envelope.

- Issuance of tender conditions will close one day prior to the opening date. Late/incomplete proposals and those without required securities will be rejected.
