The Directorate of Electronic Media & Publications, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Islamabad invites electronic bids for pre-qualification of well-reputed, financially sound and experienced firms (registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities) to provide contractual/outsourced manpower services — including recruitment, payroll administration and management of contract staff — for the financial year 2026-27.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Submit electronic bids via EPADS by 17 July 2026, 11:00 AM; manual bids will not be accepted.
