| Qualification | Minimum Graduation from a HEC-recognized local or international university/college. Candidates holding a Master’s degree and/or relevant diploma/certification will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement of goods & services, preferably in banks/financial institutions. Experience with procurement through tendering processes as per PPRA rules is preferred. |
| Key Skills | Good administrative and interpersonal skills; strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management abilities; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); communication, drafting and negotiation skills; familiarity with procurement documentation and regulatory/authority platforms is desirable. |
| Main Duties | Assist in preparation and implementation of procurement strategy and plans; develop RFQs, evaluate quotations, prepare purchase orders/contracts; manage vendor liaison and documentation; ensure compliance with SOPs, timely delivery, inspection and payment coordination; maintain complete procurement records and files for audit; support procurement for office furniture, equipment, sign boards and other recurring items; perform other procurement-related assignments as required. |
