National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Procurement Officer (Outsourcing) on a contract basis to support procurement and sourcing activities. The appointment will report to Wing Head – Procurement (South) and is for a three-year contract, renewable subject to performance and bank policy.

| Educational Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/international university/college/institute. Master’s degree and/or relevant diplomas/certifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement of goods & services; experience in procurement through tendering as per PPRA rules preferred. Banking procurement experience preferred. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Good administrative and interpersonal skills; planning, coordination and time-management; experience with ERP/Procurement platforms; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); report preparation and vendor management skills. |
| Main Responsibilities | Assist in implementing public procurement strategy/plan; ensure SOP compliance and timely procurement delivery; manage vendor quotations, comparative analysis and purchase orders; oversee procurement documentation, receipts and inventory records; support tendering and procurement processes as required by the Bank. |
