National Bank of Pakistan (Human Resource Management, Karachi) invites applications for the post of Director Staff College (Learning & Development) at VP/SVP level. The Bank seeks an experienced learning & development professional to lead training strategy, program design and delivery for bank staff.

Minimum QualificationsGraduation or equivalent from a recognized local/international university/college. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications preferred.
ExperienceMinimum 15 years' overall experience, including at least 4 years in corporate training, organizational development and learning & development. Certified trainers and/or candidates with experience working with renowned training firms preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development and delivery of training programs, curriculum and organizational learning interventions.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and align training with Bank’s strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage Staff College operations, external/internal trainers and training partners.
  • Implement learning governance, quality assurance, assessment and evaluation frameworks.
  • Develop leadership, technical and functional training modules and monitor learning outcomes and KPIs.
  • Prepare periodic reports, maintain budgets, and promote a learning culture across the Bank.
Other SkillsStrong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, instructional design, coaching/mentoring, MS Office proficiency and leadership skills.
