A public open auction will be held on Wednesday, 2026-09-30 at 09:00 hours at M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., opposite EAME College, near Golra More, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi for sale of assorted stores, scrap, used equipment and vehicle parts.
Items to be auctioned include (examples):

Participation & payment terms:
- All participants must bring Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Deposit a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR of Rs. 1,000,000/- in favor of Director Finance, M/s Xpert Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Rawalpindi as token money (refundable) before commencement of the auction.
- Successful firm/bidder must deposit 25% of the final bid as earnest money within two days and the remaining 75% within seven working days of the auction into the bank account specified in the payment schedule; otherwise deposited amounts will be forfeited.
- After confirmation of full payment, successful bidders must remove (lift) the auctioned stores within fifteen working days.
General Sales Tax and Income Tax for filer and non-filer bidders will be levied according to prevailing Government of Pakistan rules. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without giving a reason.
