Issuer: Office of the Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, Mines Labour Welfare Organization Sindh (Government of Sindh).
Purpose: Open public auction for the lease of rights to collect excise duty on specified minerals under the Excise Duty on Minerals (Labour Welfare) Act, 1967 for the period 2026–27.
Auction date & time: 2026-10-15 at 12:00 PM. Venue: Office of the Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, 8th Floor, State Life Building, Abdullah Haroon Road, Karachi (Opposite Zeenab Market).
