Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of printers — laser jet (colour and black & white) and card printers — via EPADS v2.0. Single Stage-One Envelope procurement will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must submit a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents and register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is constituted for this procurement; grievances may be lodged through the embedded facility in EPADS v2.0 within the timelines of applicable PPRA rules.
