Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-South Region (Central Zone). NHA re-invites e-bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue, and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration Category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-01 & CE-10 for routine maintenance works on N-55.
Procurement method: Single Stage–Two Envelopes. Bidding documents (terms, conditions and addenda) will be available free for download from 2026-09-30 on the NHA e-bidding portal. Bids must be prepared per the bidding documents and submitted by the stated deadline. Financial bid security (bid bond) in favor of NHA is required.
