Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Divisional Office Karachi.
Pakistan Railways Karachi invites bids (Single Stage - One Envelope procedure) from PEC-registered firms appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS V2.0 and accompanied by scanned bid security. Original bid security and hard copy bidding documents must be delivered to the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi by the submission deadline.
Submission deadline: 11:00 AM on or before 15-10-2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi in the presence of bidders' representatives. Only bids submitted through E-PADS V2.0 will be accepted.
Bid security must be in the shape of Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Call Deposit from a scheduled bank, drawn in favour of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi. Tender notice is available on PPRA and Pakistan Railways websites.
