Institute of Space Technology (IST) Invitation to Bid — Multiple RFQs (Closing 2026-10-15)

Issuer: Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad. IST invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and registered on EPADS Version 2.0 for the following procurements. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS; manual/physical bids will not be accepted.

Eligibility & Submission:

- Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0 and with FBR for applicable taxes; be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) where applicable, and meet eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements specified in the e-Bidding Documents.

- Complete e-Bidding Documents, including specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and bid security requirements, are available for download from EPADS 2.0, the PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).

- E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. E-bids will be opened electronically the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.

Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids as per applicable rules; corrigenda/amendments will be communicated through EPADS/PPRA and IST official website.
