Issuer: Institute of Space Technology (IST). IST invites electronic bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and on EPADS Version 2.0 for the listed procurements. Bidders must meet eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements described in the e‑Bidding Documents. E‑bidding documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and other requirements are available on EPADS Version 2.0, PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).
Submission method and deadlines: E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened electronically on 2026-10-15 at 12:30 PM. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
