Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board / Cantt Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt. Notice inviting electronic bids under Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure through E-PADS V2.0 for execution of original works during Financial Year 2026–2027. Bidding documents available on the PPRA and E-PADS V2.0 portals. Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, registered with Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayers List.
Submission: E-bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS V2.0 on or before 2026-10-13 at 13:00. Bids will be opened the same day at 13:30. Manual submission will not be entertained. Each bid must include earnest money (2% of estimated cost) in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by any scheduled bank in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board; scanned CDR copy to be uploaded with the e-bid.
