Eligibility

- Pakistani nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with minimum 16 years of education or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
- Candidates who graduated in 2025–26 may apply with or without post-qualification experience.

Selection & Conditions

- Selection on merit: 30% academic marks, 40% written test assessment, 30% interview.
- Applicants meeting eligibility will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
- Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test. No TA/DA admissible for interview.
- Training is contractual for one year and does not guarantee regular employment.
