Tender for Purchase of Furniture — Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib (Bid Ref BGNU/TENDER/2026-27/08)

Secretary Purchase Committee, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids under PPRA Rules (Single Stage Two Envelope) for the purchase of furniture on an item-wise basis from firms/companies/sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing/trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax).

Key Conditions:

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.

- Eligible bidders: Firms/companies/sole proprietors registered with relevant registration and tax authorities.

- Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost to be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Bids must be uploaded item-wise through the Punjab e-Procurement portal before the closing date/time.

- E-bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Bid validity: 120 days.

- Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procuring agency may require physical verification of the successful bidder at any stage if deemed necessary.
