Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) Tender: Procurement of Laptops, CCTV, External Hard Drives

Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER), Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of IT equipment and electrical appliances. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Procurement will follow single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) PPR(A)-2014.

Submission and opening schedule: Electronic bids must be submitted online via https://epp.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 hours on 15 October 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. In case of an official holiday the next day will be treated as the closing date. For support and registration use the Punjab e-Procurement portal; PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) may be used to download tender documents free of cost.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, completed, signed and stamped, and in full conformity with tender documents.
• Bid submission is entirely online via the Punjab e-Procurement System; PSER is not responsible for portal issues. For portal assistance contact the e-Procurement support (system support/email/helpline indicated on portal) or call the PSER office.
• Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or otherwise non-compliant bids will be considered non-responsive.
• Income/Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents as required in the tender must accompany bids.
• PSER reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
