Re-Tender Notice — Multiple Repair & Construction Works | Cantonment Board Gujranwala

Purpose: Re-tender invitation for multiple repair, maintenance and construction packages in Gujranwala Cantonment under MES Schedule of Rates (2025) and market-rate items. Works include street/PCC repairs, drain construction, footpaths, building repairs and alterations (including cantt board/rest house works), water supply and filtration works, blacktopping and allied civil works across Cantonment Board jurisdiction.

Procurement & submission: Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004 (as amended). Bidders must submit bids online through the E-PADs tendering system as specified in the tender documents. Detailed tender documents, estimated costs, bid security requirements and PPRA reference numbers for each package are available on the ePADs portal.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security, call deposit and other conditions apply as per the tender documents.
