Municipal Committee Samundri Tender: Renovation of General Bus Stand (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Samundri. Procurement under Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System for execution during Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible engineering firms/contractors must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for FY 2026-27 and must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/).

Submission and opening: Electronic bids will be submitted through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Deadline for electronic submission: 2026-10-19 up to 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Samundri in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key conditions: Bidders must fill all required forms/tables in the bidding documents and stamp/sign them before submission. Rates must be quoted in figures and words on the prescribed price schedule; incomplete, conditional, unsigned or doubtful bids will be rejected. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Performance security will be furnished by the successful bidder in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Time for completion will be as specified in the Work Order. The procuring agency is not responsible for bidder costs associated with tests or quality control.
