Issuer: Municipal Committee Samundri invites electronic bids through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System for the following scheme to be executed in Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal may participate.
Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote unit rates in figures and words, submit required bidding documents and stamps through the e-Procurement system, and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. The successful bidder will furnish performance security in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and will complete the work as per the Work Order. The successful bidder is responsible for carrying out required quality control tests at its own expense.

Submission & Opening:
Bids to be submitted electronically on 2026-10-19 up to 02:30 PM via the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Samundri in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
Registration & Procedure:
- PEC registration in the relevant category and codes for Financial Year 2026-27 is mandatory.
- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). Registration guidelines and procedures are available at the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the PPRA Punjab website.
Other Conditions: All applicable government taxes are included in the quoted rates. In case of any arithmetical or typographical error, original documents shall be considered. The URL for the PPRA e-Procurement System (ViewTender.aspx) will determine response time calculation.
