Issuer: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Lahore. Purpose: Procurement of plots/land for establishment of NADRA offices across multiple cities in the Lahore Region. Sealed bids are invited from owners who wish to sell their land/plots in the listed locations.
Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions and submission through the e-procurement portal (EPADs / eprocure) and may be downloaded from the PPRA website. Manual bids will not be accepted; bids must be submitted electronically and in accordance with bidding instructions. Hard copy of the original Bid Security must be submitted as specified.
