Re-Tender Notice — Cantonment Board Gujranwala for Multiple Civil Works (MES Rates 2025)

Issuer: Cantonment Board Gujranwala (Jinnah Avenue, Gujranwala Cantonment). The Board invites re-tenders (single stage two-envelope procedure) through E-PADs 2.0 for multiple Original & Repair/Maintenance civil works on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates 2025.

Scope: A package of works including addition/alteration of Cantt Board properties, construction/repair of PCC streets and drains across Allama Iqbal Town and adjoining areas, construction/repair of roads and link roads, construction of camber/carpeting works, water supply works including filtration plants, drainage works, buildings and other miscellaneous improvement works. • Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADs tendering system (E-PADs 2.0) at https://eppads.gov.pk.
• Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be provided; CDR/Deposit in favour of Cantonment Board Gujranwala (as per tender documents) is required where applicable.
• Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, who are active taxpayers and eligible under the conditions stated, may participate.
