PMDC Management Trainee Programme — One-Year Contract (Islamabad)

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme on a contractual basis at its Head Office in Islamabad. The programme is intended for capacity building of young professionals; it does not create an employer-employee relationship nor obligate PMDC to offer regular employment on completion.

Key details:

Eligibility:

- Pakistani nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with minimum 16 years of education in the specified disciplines from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
- Candidates who have graduated in year 2025-26 with or without post-qualification experience are also eligible to apply.

Selection & benefits:

- Applicants meeting standard eligibility will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
- Selection on merit with weightage: 30% academic marks, 40% written test assessment, 30% interview evaluation.
- Monthly lump-sum stipend: PKR 80,000/-.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. No TA/DA for test/interview.
