National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for a Procurement Officer (Quotation) on a contract basis to support procurement of goods and services. Candidates with procurement experience in banking and familiarity with procurement rules and tendering procedures are encouraged to apply.

| Educational Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college. Candidates with a Master's degree and/or relevant diploma/certification will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement of goods & services, preferably in banking. Experience of procurement through tendering and knowledge of PPRA rules preferred. |
| Skills / Expertise | Good communication and interpersonal skills; team working; strong analytical and time-management skills; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to draft purchase orders/contracts; attention to detail; documentation and record-keeping; vendor coordination; knowledge of procurement policies and SOPs. |
| Key Duties & Responsibilities | Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for goods (e.g., furniture, stationery, office equipment); evaluate quotations; maintain procurement records and vendor files; ensure timely procurement against requirements; process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries; ensure compliance with procurement SOPs and bank's policies; coordinate invoice processing and payments; perform other tasks assigned by supervisor. |
