Tender: Upgradation of Federal Constitutional Court Auditorium — FCCP Islamabad

Issuer: Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan (FCCP), Islamabad. FCCP invites sealed bids under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure for the upgradation of the Court auditorium.

Registration and eligibility: Firms/vendors not already registered with FCCP may register by submitting the prescribed Registration Form with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.5,000. Interested firms should qualify as suppliers of furniture and electronic equipment.

Bid documents and fees: Registration Form and Bidding Documents, containing terms, specifications, scope of work and other information, are available free of cost on the Court website: https://fccp.gov.pk. The Registration Form and Bidding Documents can also be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Procurement), Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, on payment of Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred only).

Submission and opening: The Registration Form (in a separate envelope) and bids, complete in all respects, must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Assistant Registrar (Procurement), Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, on or before 2026-10-12 at 03:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
