Issuer: Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC). RWMC invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers/firms/companies/authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-2014.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and epunjab.gov.pk). Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted in compliance with the bidding documents via the EPADS portal. Online opening of technical bids will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid submission on EPADS is the responsibility of the bidder.
