Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Jhelum (By order of the Administrator).
Purpose: Sealed bids are invited from contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement for construction, improvement and renovation schemes in District Jhelum. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑procurement portal and accompanied by the required bid security.
Key submission details: Submit bids through Punjab e‑procurement by or before 10:00 AM PST on 2026-10-13. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM PST. Performance/security requirements follow Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules and related provisions; estimated performance security is refundable after issuance of the completion certificate.
