Office of the District Council Lodhran invites electronic bids under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure (Rule 38(2)(a), Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014) for multiple development schemes. Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and possessing valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) enlistment for Financial Year 2016-17 (where applicable) may apply.
