Punjab Building Department invites e-tenders from registered Engineering Firms/Contractors (with valid PEC) for construction/rehabilitation works in Rawalpindi. Procurement will be carried out through Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must register on the e‑Procurement portal, submit bids electronically, and comply with PPRA and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules.
Key instructions: 5% bid security must be submitted electronically via the e‑Procurement System (Call Deposit Receipt/Bank Guarantee not to be submitted physically). Manual bids will not be accepted.
