Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites electronic bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of goods and consultancy services.

Registration & documents: Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). E-bidding documents, including terms, procurement method, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, opening and evaluation criteria, are available on EPADS, ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk/) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 13th October 2026 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs.
