SEPCO Invitation to E‑Bids for Distribution Materials & Electrical Supplies (Sukkur)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). SEPCO invites electronic bids (e‑bids) from registered firms/manufacturers/suppliers for multiple procurement lots of distribution material and associated electrical supplies for SEPCO Region (Sukkur & Larkana).

Key procurement notes:

• Procurement procedure: PPRA Rule 36 – Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure on a Free Delivery to Consignee’s Stores (FCS) basis.
• Participation: Registered firms/manufacturers and General Order Suppliers. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR as applicable for procurement of distribution material through EPADS.
• Submission method: Online only via the e‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). E‑bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before the stated deadlines for each lot; hard copy bids will not be accepted.
• Bid security: All e‑bids must be accompanied by the required bid security (Bank Guarantee / CDR / Banker’s Cheque) as specified in the bidding documents.
