Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for procurement of the following services. Joint ventures/consortia are not allowed. Bid validity: 120 days. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab E-Procurement System only. Incomplete/conditional bids or bids without the specified bid security will be rejected.
