Market Committee Pir Mahal: Auction of Market Entry/Collection Rights for 2026–27

Market Committee Pir Mahal will auction the collection/market entry rights for the Vegetables & Fruit Market and the Grain Market for the fiscal year 2026–27. The public auction will be held at the Market Committee office, Pir Mahal on 2026-07-15 at 11:00 AM.

Registered firms may participate by submitting the required earnest money as a call deposit and providing a copy of the CNIC. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.10,000 is required. The successful bidder must deposit an initial portion of the total on the spot and pay the balance in 10 equal monthly installments (starting in August) by post-dated checks. Bidders must submit an affidavit as required; the committee may accept or reject any or all bids. If bidding cannot be held on the scheduled date, it will be re-held on 2026-07-18 and, if necessary, on 2026-07-21 (both at 11:00 AM).
