Principal Scientist, Beekeeping and Horticultural Insects, Rawalpindi announces under PARB Project No. 25-250 (financial years 2026–27 to 2028–29) a beekeeping support programme to assist farmers in Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh and Layyah. Ten farmers in each listed district will be provided with bee stock, along with training and technical support.
Beekeepers will receive free queen bees each spring for three years; allocations are 150 queens in year one, 200 in year two and 150 in year three. Applications should be submitted to the project office: Faisalabad farmers by 15 August, Toba Tek Singh farmers by 31 December, and queen-bee requests may be submitted by December.
