Invitation for E‑Bids: Annual Framework Contracts for Road, PCC/RCC and Tuff Tile Works — Municipal Corporation Faisalabad (FY 2026–27)

Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E‑Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax‑registered, financially sound contractors/firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for Annual Framework Contracts for Faisalabad City for FY 2026–27. Procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules and the Single Stage‑Single Envelope procedure via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (Punjab e‑PS).

Key actions and conditions:

- Bidding documents will be uploaded and bids submitted electronically until 2026-10-12 at 11:00 AM via Punjab e‑PS. Bids will be opened the same day, 2026-10-12 at 01:00 PM at Iqbal Hall, Municipal Corporation Faisalabad in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and any attending contractors or their representatives.

- Bid security equivalent to 5% of the quoted value must be submitted electronically through Punjab e‑PS; physical financial instruments (CDRs, Pay Orders, Bank Guarantees) will not be accepted for bid submission.

- Submission of hard copies of bids is not required. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit performance security @10% of estimated cost (in the form of Deposit‑at‑Call from a scheduled bank) in accordance with PLG (Works) Rules‑2017.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).
