Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme (contract) at its Head Office, Islamabad. The programme provides on-the-job training in petroleum/mineral sector functions. Selected trainees will be engaged on a one-year contractual training agreement and paid a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000.

Eligibility

- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
- Candidates graduating in 2025–26 may apply with or without post‑qualification experience.

Selection criteria

Selection on merit with weightage: 30% academic marks, 40% written test/assessment, 30% interview evaluation.

Contract & stipend

One-year training contract. Monthly lump-sum stipend: PKR 80,000.
