Institute of Space Technology (IST) Islamabad invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors for multiple RFQ procurements. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, and, where applicable, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Complete e-bidding documents, specifications, terms and conditions, bid security and other requirements are available for download from EPADS, PPRA and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).
E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable Public Procurement Rules.
