PMDC Management Trainee Programme 2026 – Sales & Marketing and Legal (2 Posts)

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme on a contractual basis at its Head Office in Islamabad. This training contract does not create an employer-employee relationship or guarantee regular employment on completion. Monthly stipend for selected trainees: PKR 80,000/-.

Eligibility & Selection

- Pakistan nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

- Maximum age: 28 years as on date of advertisement.

- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.

- Candidates graduating in 2025-26 may apply with or without post-qualification experience.

- Selection on merit: 30% weightage for academic marks, 40% for written test, 30% for interview.

- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
