Pakistan Air Force (Southern Air Command) Pre-Qualification & Registration of Local Ration Suppliers — Karachi

Issuer: Headquarters Southern Air Command, Pakistan Air Force (PAF), Karachi. Purpose: Pre-qualification and registration of reputable, experienced, financially sound and income tax–registered local suppliers/contractors for supply of ration items to Southern Air Command and PAF bases under SAC.

Required supply items (dry & fresh): Fine atta, semolina, vermicelli, lentils, Bengal gram flour, rice, cooking oil, milk powder, sugar, tea leaves, green tea, meat, vegetables, fruits, squash, salt, ice, firewood, bread and condiments.

Application collection: Application form and instructions can be collected from the Office of Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Southern Air Command, PAF Karachi and O/c Catering Flight, PAF Bases from 01 October 2026 during working hours 0900–1400 hrs.

Application period / submission window: Interested parties may apply from 01 October 2026 to 15 November 2026 during working hours 0900–1400 hrs. Applications duly marked “Pre-Qualification / Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items” must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Southern Air Command, PAF.

Eligibility highlights: Tax-registered firms/contractors; owner/partner should be Pakistani national. Applicants should be reputable, well experienced and financially sound.

Required documentation (to be attached with the application):

(a) Owner/partners name, address, telephone, mobile numbers and fax number; proprietor/owner/partner must be Pakistani national.

(b) Six months to one-year summary of bank accounts.

(c) Company profile stating firm status (proprietorship/partnership/public or private limited), power of attorney/partnership deed where applicable; partnership deed in case contractors are other than proprietary/limited/general order supplier.

(d) Proof of firm’s registration (partnership/proprietary) and memorandum & articles of association for limited companies.

(e) Attested copy of CNIC of owner/partners.

(f) Details of registration with major organizations and copies/details of agreements or contracts.

(g) Bank certificate showing financial stability with bank names and details.

(h) Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificates, copies of Income Tax Returns and Assessment/Payment of Income Tax, NTN and Professional Tax Certificate.

(i) Litigation details, if any.

(j) Affidavit regarding correctness of documents and information.

(k) Work experience with any Government institution, especially Army/Navy/Air Force where applicable.

(l) Attested copy of contractor’s domicile certificate and any additional information related to the subject.

Note: Incomplete or false information at any stage may result in rejection. Headquarters Southern Air Command reserves the right to accept or reject applications on technical grounds and may ask for further information if required.
