Tender: Provision of Home Solar Systems — District Kech (Tump) — Energy Department Balochistan

Issuer: Director General (South), Energy Department, Government of Balochistan.

Purpose: Invitation to bid for supply and execution of home solar system works under PSDP for Year 2026 on percentage rates based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

• Procurement Rules: Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.
• Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
• Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
• Tax and registration: Bidder must be on the Active Taxpayers List and not blacklisted by any Pakistani procuring agency. Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration must be active.
• Technical registration: Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category; specialized codes EE11(i) (Solar) and EE11(ii) (Solar Energy System).
• Experience and financial capacity: At least one completed assignment of similar nature (solar/hybrid system) in the last 3 years in any government sector; turnover of at least PKR 17,500,000 over the previous three years.
• Tender documents: Available from the office of the undersigned and downloadable from the BPPRA website. Issuance period: From date of publication of the NIT until bid opening during office hours on working days.

• Last date and time for bid submission: 2026-10-12 up to 10:00 AM.
• Tender opening: 2026-10-12 at 11:00 AM.
