Public Health Engineering Division Mastung — Notice Inviting Tenders for Supply & Works (FY 2026-27)

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Mastung (Government of Balochistan) invites sealed tenders on Form B-1 & B-II from approved contractors/firms of Public Health Engineering Department Balochistan who are enlisted/renewal name for the current financial year 2026-27. Tenders are invited for multiple Schedule-A and Schedule-B items for supply, repair and civil/mechanical/electrical works related to water supply schemes.

Scope: Supply of uPVC and HDPE pipes and fittings, valves, service items and assorted mechanical & electrical items; repair/rewinding of motors and pumps; civil repair items; and a number of individual jobs/lots as listed in the tender schedules (multiple packages).

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Registration: Contractors must be registered with tax authorities (NTN and Sales Tax Department) and Pakistan Engineering Council as applicable.
• Tender fee: Tender form fee to be deposited through green challan in National Bank of Pakistan (head of account C-07275-02). Fee shown in the notice (Rs.1,500/- per work) must be paid as required.
• Bid security: 2% earnest money in the shape of call deposit/pay order or as specified must accompany each bid.
• Procurement method: Single-stage single-envelope procedure as per BPPRA method; bidders must fulfill published requirements and provide required documents.
• Conditions: Only original contractors/agents will be accepted; incomplete bids or late submissions will not be entertained. All terms and conditions are available from the office of the Executive Engineer.
