Key eligibility and conditions: Firms must be registered with FBR for income tax, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and hold registration/certificate with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm. Firms must have relevant prior assignments of similar nature and complexity totaling at least PKR 50,000,000. Bidders blacklisted by any procuring agency are ineligible.
