PMDC Management Trainee Programme — One-Year Contract (Islamabad)

Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division). PMDC is offering a one-year Management Trainee Programme as a contractual on-the-job training opportunity. This one-year training contract does not constitute an employer–employee relationship and does not obligate PMDC to offer regular employment on completion.

Eligibility & requirements

- Local or foreign-qualified Pakistani nationals with a bachelor's or master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
- Candidates who have graduated in year 2025-26, with or without post-qualification experience, are eligible to apply.

Selection, stipend & other conditions

- Applicants meeting eligibility will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
- Selection weightage: 30% academic marks, 40% test performance, 30% interview evaluation.
- Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained; only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.
