Bids will be opened online by the Opening Committee. All intending contractors/firms must submit their Bid Security online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS) as per the prescribed sections.
Important conditions: bidders offering rates more than 4% below the estimated cost may face forfeiture of deposited money. Contractors will be bound to perform the works in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
