Tender: Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Items for PM Sehat Sahulat Program — DHQ Hospital Gahkuch

Issuer: Office of the Medical Superintendent, District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, Gahkuch, Gilgit-Baltistan. Sealed tenders are invited from well-reputed, experienced, licensed and registered firms, distributors, dealers, manufacturers, pharmacies and service providers for local purchase of medicines and surgical items for the Prime Minister Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) for financial year 2026-27.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-28 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Gahkuch (Ghizer). Only firms that have purchased bidding documents and can produce proof of purchase (copy of treasury challan) may participate in the pre-bid meeting. Decisions and clarifications made at the pre-bid meeting will be considered final.

Key conditions:

• Only registered firms with valid licenses/registrations are eligible to participate.
• Bids must be accompanied by bid security/CDR from a scheduled bank or they will be rejected.
• Quotations must be submitted on the firm’s original letterhead, signed and stamped, computerized and free from cutting/overwriting.
• An original affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and absence of allegations against the firm/company must be submitted.
• The successful bidder will furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the annual estimated contract value in the form of CDR within the prescribed period after issuance of the letter of acceptance.
• Tender documents with specific terms and conditions are available from the office of the undersigned during duty hours on written request with the treasury challan of tender document fee as per finance act/directives 2025-26. No tender copy will be issued without the treasury challan.
• The successful bidder shall establish and maintain a medicine dispensing facility within the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Gahkuch office or at an easily accessible point near hospital premises.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
