Issuer: Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad. IST invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered on EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) Version 2.0 for the procurements listed below.
Eligibility & Submission: Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, registered with FBR for applicable taxes and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) where applicable. Complete e-Bidding Documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and bid security requirements are available for download via EPADS, the PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk). E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations.
