Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. Invitation for prequalification of eligible firms/contractors (registered with FBR and on Active Taxpayers List) to join an Open Framework Agreement for repair & maintenance works at Ministry offices in R-Block and Cabinet Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. EPADS Reference: FWF9484.
Scope: Prequalification is invited for one or more categories of building repair and maintenance works for a period of 12 months under Rule 16A of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Applicants will be assessed separately by category and must submit eligibility and technical qualification documents as per EPADS v2.0 requirements.

How to apply: Prequalification documents are available on EPADS v2.0 and the Ministry's website. Vendors not yet registered may register at the EPADS vendors portal. All applications must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0.
Key dates: Online submission deadline — Monday, 2026-10-12 at 10:00 AM. Electronic opening will be on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submission is not permitted.
Other notes: Prequalification does not constitute award of work or guarantee any minimum volume/value of business. Specific requirements and processing will follow the Framework Agreement and Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement.
