PTV Central Procurement: Invitation to Bid for Supplies FY 2026-2027

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTV) — Central Procurement Cell invites electronic bids from reputed firms (original manufacturers / authorized distributors / general order suppliers, etc.) for supply of stationery, computer stationery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, engineering, production and miscellaneous stores, and furniture & fixtures on an as-and-when-required basis under a Closed Framework Agreement for the Financial Year 2026-2027.

Eligibility

Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN), appear on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR), and meet criteria under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bid submission & timeline

Electronic bidding documents are available to registered bidders on EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 2026-10-14 by 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day, 2026-10-14, at 11:30 AM on EPADS.

Bid security

Bidders shall upload scanned copies of the bid security at the time of bid submission through EPADS. The original hard copies of bid securities must reach the office of the Chairman Tender Committee before the closing date and time.
