Tender: Framework Contract for Medicines, Medical Equipment & Hospital Items — DHQ Hospital Vehari (FY 2026-27)

Purpose: Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, biomedical gases, biomedical equipment & accessories, dialysis & thalassaemia medicines, general store items, electrical items, dental items, X-ray items and other hospital items for DHQ Hospital Vehari for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility: Manufacturers, authorized dealers and firms engaged in trading who are registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax), holding a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 from the Excise & Taxation Department, and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bid Security: A scanned copy of 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be uploaded with the bid. The original bid security must be submitted within 7 days of bid opening to the office of the undersigned.

Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) PPRA-2014. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
