PCBDDA Tender – Operations & Management of Curved LED Screen (Tender ID PCBDA/PRO/TENDER/2026-27/08)

Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites sealed bids for the Operations & Management of the curved LED screen under Tender Identification No. PCBDA/PRO/TENDER/2026-27/08. Procurement will follow PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024 using Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedures (open competitive bidding with negotiations).

Key requirements and submission instructions:

- Eligible bidders: reputed firms having valid National Tax Number (NTN), registered with FBR, and meeting similar-nature project experience and capacity.

- Scope: Operations & management services for the curved LED screen (detailed scope and terms available in bidding documents).

- Bid documents: Available from the Procurement Directorate, Office of PCBDDA, on payment of a non-refundable document fee of PKR 10,000 (pay order / CDR / demand draft in favour of "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority").

- Bid security: PKR 2,000,000 in the form of pay order / CDR / demand draft. Bid security must accompany the bid. Bid security shall be valid for 30 days beyond bid validity.

- Bid validity: 120 days from bid submission deadline.

- Submission: Bids must be submitted in two-envelope format and clearly marked "Operations & Management of the curved LED screen" and addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore, on or before the stated deadline.
